Within 3 working days of our workshop, I'll send you a concise roadmap outlining the agreed priorities, key actions and milestones.
This gives you a practical reference for the changes you want to make over the next three months.

04 · 4 private advisory calls of 60 minutes
Strategic Advisory & Guidance
As you put your plans into action, we'll meet roughly every three weeks to review progress, discuss obstacles, make important decisions and adjust your approach where needed.
You'll have an experienced advisor to challenge your thinking, provide practical recommendations and help you maintain momentum.
Between our calls, you can email me with questions as you work through the changes. I reply within 24 hours on working days.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from the Business Strategy Intensive?
The Business Strategy Intensive is a one-off, 2-hour session to explore a specific challenge and receive strategic advice.
The 90-Day Strategy Accelerator goes further. We develop a focused strategy and work together over three months as you put it into action.
What if I have several business challenges?
Many business challenges are interconnected. Before we start, we'll identify one primary challenge and agree on a realistic scope for our collaboration.
What if my challenge changes during the 90 days?
We agree on one focus before we start, and we stay with it for the full 90 days. Changing direction every few weeks can feel like progress, but it rarely delivers any. Real change only shows once it has been implemented, and that takes the full three months.
If something urgent comes up along the way, we'll note it down and address it in the final review as part of your next-step recommendations.
Will you implement the changes for me?
Implementation by me isn’t included in the Accelerator. You and your team remain responsible for putting the plan into action, with my strategic advice and guidance along the way. If you’d like hands-on support with implementation, we can discuss that separately.
Can I contact you between our calls?
Yes. Email support between the calls is included, so you can ask questions and get input as you put your plans into practice. I reply within 24 hours on working days.
Additional calls or work outside the agreed scope can be discussed separately.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. You can pay in full (€3,000 excl. VAT) or in three monthly instalments of €1,050 excl. VAT (€3,150 in total). Paying in instalments carries a small surcharge, so paying in full is the most cost-effective option.
We'll agree on the option that suits you before we start.
