But I also believe there’s a better way to grow.
I grew up in an entrepreneurial family. My parents built a successful business through hard work, responsibility and doing almost everything themselves.
They taught me a lot about entrepreneurship. But I also saw how much a business can demand from you when everything depends on you. They were always there, checked everything and rarely had the opportunity to truly step away.
Later, through my career in consulting, I learned how strategy, processes, systems and clear responsibilities can help organisations work better and grow without simply asking more of the people running them.
It reinforced something I had always been drawn to: finding a better, smarter way of doing things.
I’m not interested in working less for the sake of working less. I believe in ambition and putting in the work. But as a business grows, working harder can’t be the only answer.
I want to help founders build successful businesses that work better as they grow and still have the space to build a successful life alongside them.
